University of Chicago -(Chicago GSB)

The Evening MBA Program admits new students four times a year, for the autumn, winter, spring and summer quarters. The Weekend MBA Program admits new students in the autumn quarter only. Application review is on a rolling basis for both of these programs.

Your application must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (CST/Chicago time) on the day of the deadline in order to be considered for an application round.

$4,655 per course (a total of 20 are required to earn your MBA)

Student Activity Fee (a one-time payment paid when offer is accepted)

ESSAY
1)Why are you pursuing an MBA at this point in your career? Describe your personal and professional goals and the role
an MBA from the University of Chicago GSB plays in your plans to reach these goals. (1500 word maximum):

B. It is your first day of business school and people are selecting study groups. How would you describe the value you
will bring to a study group?
3) What accomplishment, either professional or personal, are you most proud of? (500 word maximum)

elsewhere in the application, please share that information here.

2.) Please provide an explanation if you have you ever received a failing grade, been placed on academic probation, or been dismissed from any school.

beyond membership. Feel free to provide a brief description of your role if needed. This section is designed to give us an
idea of your commitment to community involvement. Quality of engagement is valued more than simply the quantity, so do
not assume that a long list of empty activities is preferred in this section.

c) Reflecting on this experience, how do you think an MBA from Chicago GSB might have aided in your decision making process?

      initiative, curiosity and motivation
      other matters which you feel we should know about the applicant
